Title: Fast and Creamy Vegetable Soup

10ozFrozen mixed vegetables (1 package)
3cMilk
2cWater
2tbInstant minced onion
2tsChicken bouillon granules
2tsSalt
1/4cCelery, finely diced
1 1/3cInstant mashed potatoes

Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain and reserve. Heat to boiling in large saucepan milk, water, minced onion, bouillon granules, salt and celery. Remove from heat. Stir in instant mashed potatoes. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
